Sound has been known to be a very valuable source of joy for people. Music being a great example. Sound therapy such as music therapy, sound vibrations, sound baths, etc. have all become very popular ways of healing emotional wounds, releasing traumas in the body, balancing energy, and overall lifting the spirits. Different sounds promote a different vibration that will effect you. Think about how you feel when you listen to heavy, intense music, or when you listen to happy, playful music. If you are feeling down and you listen to music that is the soothing or uplifting, you can ultimately help change your energy in that moment.
Another great example is laughter. Think about when someone is laughing around you and how it is “contagious” at times. And then before you know it you are either laughing or at least smiling. Think when you are around someone that is complaining with a monotone voice and how that can bring down your vibe also.
